SHIPPING & RETURNS
1. Shipping Costs
$12 shipping on Canadian orders to provinces close to Ontario, $15 for provinces further away & $30 shipping on US orders. Local Ontario orders over $50 will be delivered free of charge, under $50 will be $8. We also have a local pickup option in the Richmond Hill area. No international shipping at the moment due to duty fees not being paid on the receivers end. Reach out to us if you have an international order to be placed.
2. Delivery Locations
We can deliver to all provinces in Canada (Excluding the Territories) and all states in the United States Of America except for APO addresses.
3. Delivery Time
We have now begun to ship orders daily so don't expect long delays before your order ships, max 1-5 business days (5 business days is if something is not on hand and must be ordered from the distributor) if not the same day. Delivery times are delayed slightly due to the Christmas rush beginning early this year so there may be delays in delivery time after it leaves our hands. All packages are sent Express when with Canada Post.
Tracking Numbers are provided as soon as the package is shipped.
4. Damaged Items in Transport
If there is any damage to your order on delivery, contact us immediately upon receipt at 647-507-8592.
Return & Refund Policy
Thanks for shopping at Ivy's Locker. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. We believe in 100% customer satisfaction, if something is done wrong, we will make it right! We're human, we make mistakes and sometimes you do also in an order. Let's always be understanding and if there is an issue, let's be respectful and figure it out together. We're a small business doing this for us, but also we work hard for you!
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. No opened returns will be accepted unless the item is defective upon delivery or received damaged.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
From the time you place your order, please allow 3 - 10 business days for delivery. If an order has not arrived after 10 days, check your provided tracking number. If there is still an issue after checking the tracking number, then please don't hesitate to call us at 647-507-8592 and we will work with you to sort out the problem.
If the fault is on our end, we will gladly cover all costs of a customers return. However, the customer will be responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning the item if the order is found to have been used, is no longer in original packaging and/or has been damaged from the condition it was shipped in.
